The Pioneer of Ductless Comfort
Mitsubishi Electric introduced the ductless mini-split to the American market and has been refining the technology ever since. Their systems are the benchmark that other manufacturers measure against, and for good reason. The engineering behind their INVERTER-driven compressors represents decades of Japanese innovation focused on energy efficiency, quiet operation, and precise temperature control.
The Hyper-Heating INVERTER (H2i) technology is what makes Mitsubishi systems uniquely suited for Colorado's climate. Standard heat pumps lose capacity as outdoor temperatures drop, eventually becoming unable to keep up with heating demand. Mitsubishi's H2i systems maintain 100% rated heating capacity down to 5°F and continue producing heat all the way down to -13°F. For Pueblo, where winter lows typically range from 10°F to 25°F with occasional dips to 0°F, this means reliable heat pump heating without a gas furnace backup.
As a Diamond Contractor — the highest dealer tier Mitsubishi Electric awards — our team has completed advanced training on every Mitsubishi product line. We design and install whole-home Mitsubishi systems using their proprietary sizing software, which accounts for altitude, solar orientation, insulation values, and window exposure to determine the ideal equipment configuration for each home.
